Resolve Law San Diego is made possible through the commitment of San Diego's legal community. Bar associations and legal organizations that partner with us help provide free, high-quality Mandatory Settlement Conferences to civil litigants across San Diego County.
What is a Partner in Justice?
Partners in Justice are bar associations and legal organizations whose members volunteer as Settlement Officers in the Resolve Law San Diego Virtual MSC Program. By joining as a partner, your organization directly contributes to reducing the civil case backlog in San Diego Superior Court and expanding access to justice for all litigants.
Partner organizations are recognized on this site and in program materials. Their members gain access to the Settlement Officer registration system and can begin volunteering as neutral mediators in court-ordered MSCs.

No cost to participate
There are no fees to become a Partner in Justice. The program is entirely volunteer-driven and free to all participants, including partner organizations and their members.

Review the program
Familiarize yourself with the Resolve Law San Diego Virtual MSC Program, including eligibility requirements for Settlement Officers and the types of cases currently served.
Contact us
Reach out to the Resolve Law San Diego team to express your organization's interest in becoming a Partner in Justice. We will walk you through the onboarding process and answer any questions.
Onboard your members
Once your organization is registered as a partner, qualifying members can register as Settlement Officers through the program's online system and begin scheduling MSC duty.
