How It Works
A clear process from referral to resolution.
01
Court Referral
The court issues an order referring each case to mediation. Parties will receive written notice with instructions and a deadline.
02
Schedule the Session
Parties contact RESOLVE LAW to schedule a mediation session. Both parties must confirm availability within the court's specified timeframe.
03
Attend Mediation
Meet with a neutral mediator who will guide structured discussions. Sessions are confidential and typically last two to four hours.
04
Reach Agreement
If the parties reach a settlement, the agreement is documented and submitted to the court. If not, the case proceeds on its original schedule.
